  • Registration fees include all required courses, breakfast, lunch, and coffee breaks.
  • Due to anticipated demand, attendees cannot register for individual courses.
  • There is no student pricing.
  • DCDS members-only registration opens on January 9, 2019. Non-member registration opens on February 1, 2019.

DCDS Members – Register your Dental Team and Receive 5% Off

DCDS members receive a 5% discount on total registration, if they register 3 or more members of their dental team. The discount code has been e-mailed to all DCDS members. If you did not receive this e-mail, please contact the office at info@dcdental.org or call (202) 367-1163. 

Registration Policies

  • Registrations are not confirmed until paid in full. If the event sells out prior to receiving payment, your payment will be returned to you in full.
  • In order to guarantee registration, we recommend paying immediately with a credit card.
  • To register, go on-line and login to your ADA account, or call the office at (202) 367-1163 to register over the phone. Registrations will not be accepted via e-mail or letter, and there is no paper registration form.
  • To qualify for the Early Bird price, registrations must be paid by 11:59pm on February 20th – No Exceptions.
  • Requests for refunds or cancellations must be made in writing a minimum of ten days prior to the event (by 5pm March 25th), by e-mailing info@dcdental.org with the Subject Line: Refund Request. Please include your full name, ADA number, and a daytime phone number where you can be reached. DCDS will charge a $50 fee for all refunds and cancellations. Refunds will be processed two weeks after the event.
