RE: Hold Harmless Agreement

The Board of Directors, in concurrence with legal counsel's recommendation,
has determined that all members who utilize the Society Auxiliary Placement
Service should sign a hold harmless agreement to protect the Society.
Concern was raised as to the possible liability exposure the Society might
have should an employment practice law suit be filed against a member using
the placement service by an employee referred by the Society.
Attached is the agreement (Adobe Acrobat PDF) that should be signed and faxed (202-546-1482)
back to the Society Office.
